how to order nail making machine

the clients decides to place order,we will make the proforma invoice,it is for bank transfer,usually when we receive 30% deposit,then we will arrange production and customize the electric motors accordingly,some countries 380v some countries 415v etc.after two weeks we will finish the production then when we will send the pictures of the machines to clients,when we reveive the full amount we will order the ship and arrange for delivery.
 
After the delivery,we will get bill of loading from our freight forwarder,at same time,we will make the commerical invoice,packaging list,then send all these original and copy documents to clients for custom clearing.
 
When the nail making machine line arrives the port,then clients can arrange the pick up according to the instruction of the custom.
